It’s that time of the year again, when style takes over the city full throttle. Hindustan Times Delhi’s Most Stylish 2015 is our very own celebration of all that the city has to offer — matchless class, fashion that inspires and a strong sense of individuality.
As we welcome the fifth edition of these one-of-its-kind style Oscars in the country, the mood is as celebratory as ever. From our eminent jury that comprises industry insiders to the presence of the most stylish Bollywood biggies and business honchos — the ceremony is set to be as grand as ever.
One constant at our style awards has been an exclusive fashion show by design maverick and fashion’s favourite, Manish Malhotra, who has showcased his creations at the ceremony over the past two years.
“The HT Style awards are honest awards, with ideal choices on style. I truly look forward to them every year. My association with the event is very personal. My journey in Delhi has been really successful thanks to the people of the Capital and Hindustan Times in their belief in me,” says Malhotra.
Giving us a teaser of this year’s collection, he told us: “I will be showcasing summer ethnicwear creations and pieces from my Mijwan collection. The creations on the runway will comprise a colour palette made of off-whites, pinks, peaches, beiges and ivories. The designs will include flowy skirts, crop tops, fringes and a lot of handcrafted threadwork and chikankari work.”
The winners this year include the biggest and most stylish names from politics, entrepreneurs who have made their mark in the industry, style icons from the film industry and more. Keep watching this space for more from the exclusive event.
