At the last show on Day Four, Sanchita Ajjampur showed what it takes to make a perfect collection from head to toe. Her presentation had a full line-up for men and then, after a pause, the women’s brigade marching out with a full range of stylish bags and footwear made by the designer herself. That gave it a complete look that clearly complemented her garments. While giving a somewhat sporty look to her men’s line, with bomber jackets, tracksuits, ribbed hem pants and hooded jackets, she allowed her ladies a bit more freedom with maillots, bikinis, trikinis and one-shoulder swimsuits to bell-sleeved tops, cascade gowns and drop-waist dresses with chunky stone embroidery.

Both Shivan & Narresh and Swapnil Shinde used laser beams in their shows, albeit in different ways. The former used louvered jersey to create bikinis, tankinis, maillots, saris, jumpsuits, dresses and gowns. The collection was perfectly done and presented well. Swapnil, on the other hand, while bringing in an eerie feel with his music and some of the attachments on his creations, managed to keep an element of style and perfection in his well-finished creations.

Shyamal & Bhumika’s presentation of Indian wear was all about embroidery and detailing. The collection was beautifully made and was apt for opulent weddings. Bhairavi Jaikishen too showed Indian cocktail and festive wear, but the difference was that she used nets with colourful embroidery, making her creations stylish yet lightweight.
