The administrator, along with superintendent engineer (SE)-II RK Kakkar, took stock of infrastructure works related to water supply, roads and stormwater drains.

Huda officials said the meeting preceded a state-level meeting to be held in Panchkula on June 5, where the financial commissioner of Huda, TC Gupta, is expected to have one-to-one sessions with different officials.

The agenda for Monday’s meeting mainly included stormwater drainage. Work on many stormwater drainage lines is still incomplete and work on connecting rainwater harvesting pits has also not been wrapped up yet. The department will have to finish this work before the onset of the monsoon.

Kumar has instructed Kakkar to make changes in the report prepared in this regard, it is learnt.
