During celebrations commemorating one year of city bus services in Gurgaon, DR Kundu, GM of the Haryana Roadways Engineering Corporation, held a villager by his neck for allegedly using foul language.

The villagers, on the other hand, justified their rage saying said bus services to the bus stop in their vicinity without taking into account their woes.
