How will I know? Let your doctor evaluate the bending of penis. It may require attention if it persists in non-erect state. Slight curvatures of penis are very common in all societies. If the penis is bent by almost 45 degrees, there is no cause for concern.
Sometimes diseases like Peyoniers, which is fibrosis of penile tissues, can cause curved penis. Tumour, trauma, inflammation etc are other causes for the bending of the penis.
