Here are some tips from Leena Mogre on what to eat to stay healthy and fit.

My younger brother is 10 years old and 3’4”tall. He weighs merely 20 kgs and is very underweight. Please suggest a vegetarian diet for him.
Rohan
Dear Rohan, firstly the height is determined by one’s genetics and not the food they eat. Also, he is only 10 years old and still has years to grow. Some kids suddenly shoot up in height with changes in hormones. Let him maintain a healthy diet consisting of a good amount of proteins and carbohydrates. Also, he should have calcium-rich foods to keep his bones strong.Hi, I am 21 years old. My height is 159 cms. I gained weight from 36 to 42 kgs recently. I’m a college student and wish to work in the airline industry. But to be part of the cabin crew, I need to put on five kgs more. Could you help me gain weight?

Dear Akansha, if your college timings are not specific, carry small tiffins with you containing healthy items like jowar or bajra bhakris, wholewheat paneer sandwiches, lassi etc. Avoid fried and junk food. Send in your current diet, so we can give you a specific one that works.
