I am 20 years old. My height is 166cm and weight is 68 kg. So I need to lose weight? I exercise daily for half an hour. What should be the time difference between my exercise and bath?
Dear Vijay, firstly we do not understand why you are so concerned about the time difference between your exercise and bath. There is absolutely no relation. Though, considering that one sweats a lot during exercise, the earlier you have a bath the better it is. Maintain a weight around 60 kgs. Increase your workout to 55 to 60 minutes. For abs, try push-ups and wide grip pull-ups.
I am 15 years old and my weight is 30 kgs and height 4'9. Please suggest a vegetarian diet plan that will help me gain weight and increase my height.
Dear Nidhi, considering you are just 15 years old and with almost 3 to 4 years to grow, you should not be worried, as the average Indian height is around 5’3” to 5’6”. With that height, you should weigh around 50 to 55 kgs. Height depends on your genetics and the release of hormones of your body. Let nature take its course. You can help by cycling and swimming, which will help boost your appetite. Avoid junk food.
