Skincare post injecting fillers

After getting your shots of fillers injected, you should not rub or massage the area after the treatment for up to 48 hours.

After getting your shots of fillers injected, you should not rub or massage the area after the treatment for up to 48 hours.

2 Keep clean:

Clean your face very gently with a non-soapy, mild face wash or cleanser. Immediately after the injection, apply some ice to soothe the areas and minimise the swelling or little bruising that may have appeared.

3 Try to avoid:

Avoid getting a facial done during the week post filler treatment. Also, you should not indulge in heavy exercises right after, or for a couple of days, post fillers.

4 Be gentle:

You can apply make up after the filler is injected. However, removing makeup should be done in a very gentle manner. No harsh strokes while cleaning those areas.

5 No Painkillers:

Do no take any pain killer medication for any kind of pain in the body for the next 24-48 hours, as these medicines thin the blood and may increase the chances of bruising at the areas treated with dermal fillers.
