Actor Ali Zafar is reportedly playing yesteryear actor Farooq Sheikh in filmmaker David Dhavan’s remake of 1981 classic, Chashme Buddoor.
“I have seen the original film and I feel the remake must retain its authenticity. David sir has done a brilliant job ... it’s a family entertainer,” the actor was reported as telling the media.
