Carla’s film to open Cannes 2011
Hollywood filmmaker Woody Allen’s romantic comedy, Midnight in Paris is set to open the 64th Cannes film festival on May 11.

Hollywood filmmaker Woody Allen’s romantic comedy,
Midnight in Paris
is set to open the 64th Cannes film festival on May 11. The film stars Owen Wilson, and sees France’s first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy in a cameo. Festival director Thierry Fremaux said the movie was chosen because it is a “love letter” to the French capital.
