. Shooting for the film, which also stars Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Tom Wilkinson, Bill Nighy, will begin on October 10 in India.

The film follows a group of British retirees, who decide to “outsource” their retirement to less expensive and seemingly exotic India. Though the new environment is less luxurious than imagined, they are forever transformed by their shared experiences. The film, which is based on a novel by Deborah Moggach, is being directed by John Madden of

fame.
