The annual Hollywood Film Awards was low on attendance but big on winners.

Actors Richard Gere, Bradley Cooper and Dustin Hoffman and others the stars were honoured at the 16th annual Hollywood Film Awards. Held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in in Beverly Hills, California on Monday night, the event saw Gere bagging the Hollywood Career Achievement Award while Hoffman was named the Hollywood Breakthrough Director for his filmmaking debut, Quartet.

Cooper got the Hollywood Actor Award for his role in his latest flick, Silver Linings Playbook and his co-star Robert De Niro from the flick took home the Hollywood Supporting Actor Award. Actor Marion Cotillard was announced the winner of the Hollywood Actress Award for Rust and Bone, and Amy Adams was named Hollywood Supporting Actress for The Master. Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino got one too for screenwriting skills in Django Unchained, while director Judd Apatow was the recipient of the Hollywood Comedy Award.
