It’s not you I’m talking to: Michelle Rodriguez clears Vin Diesel in her rant against F&F

Michelle Rodriguez, who threatened to quit the Fast & Furious series if more women weren’t included, has made it clear that her social media rant wasn’t against Vin Diesel, who is a producer on the series.

Actor Michelle Rodriguez, who had threatened to leave the Fast & Furious franchise because she felt women were not represented adequately in the films, has now called her co-star Vin Diesel the “biggest supporter of strong women”.

In a video posted on Diesel’s Instagram account, Rodriguez clarified that her recent comments were not directed at the actor, who is also a producer on the Fast and Furious films, reported Entertainment Weekly.

“Vin, for many years you’ve been the biggest supporter of strong women,” Rodriguez said in the video.

Diesel, who kissed Rodriguez on the forehead mid-video, responded to the actor’s words with a laugh. “Of course it’s not me!” he said.

In the caption of the post, Diesel added, “Proud of Our saga but we must try to reach higher each time. The challenge is what makes it fun and exciting. It’s also why this saga has reached the level that it has you have been the best fans in film history and we are forever grateful. Dom and Letty.”
