Jodie Foster was so terrified of Hopkins she rarely spoke to him on sets

Jodie Foster has revealed how terrified she was of Anthony Hopkins while they were shooting for their 1991 movie Silence of the Lambs.
Foster, 53, and Hopkins both won Academy Awards for the movie, which also won best picture, but they rarely spoke on set, reported Digital Spy.

“I never spoke to him because he was so scary,” she said on Graham Norton Show.
“The first day, we had a read-through, and by the end of it I never wanted to talk to him again. I was petrified. We got to the end of the movie and really never had a conversation.”
