Koena Mitra’s first Hollywood film has just wrapped up and the actor has already got tongues wagging about her role as a bisexual in the film.

Produced by Micheal Hershenson and starring actor Kevin Sorbo of Hercules fame, The Story Of Naomi is a love triangle. In a recently released poster of the film, Koena, 27, can be seen in a kiss-close pose with her female co-star Diep Tran.
Though she is contractually bound not to reveal her role or the plot of the film, Koena does drop some cheeky hints. “In one poster, I am with my husband (Sorbo) and another guy, and in the other, I am with a girl. It is a love triangle. So, it is up to you to figure out what I play. All I can say is I play Naomi,” she laughs.
She is clear that she doesn’t have any problems playing a bisexual. “If two guys can romance in Dostana and it can become a hit, then what is wrong with girls doing the same? If I am comfortable watching it with my father, I will surely take on any role I like,” she says.
She adds that she is far more comfortable doing intimate scenes in Hollywood films, as such things are treated very matter-of-factly there. “Unlike in Bollywood, no filmmaker sits and discusses these scenes with the actors. If I’m playing someone’s wife, I will sleep next to him. A bed scene or a kiss is normal and part of the romance in their films.”
