The 30 Rock actor's rep told Mirror that the actor had been transferred to an undisclosed rehab centre, where he was expected to remain for the next few weeks.

The rep asserted that while the 45-year-old actor was continuing to show signs of improvement, he still had a long way to go.

Morgan was hospitalised after an 18-wheel lorry ploughed into his Mercedes limo bus that left one man dead.
