Actor Robert De Niro talks about his accomplishments in life.

Actor Robert De Niro needs no introduction. Famous for his work as well as his choice of words (he is quite concise with words in real life), the 67-year-old veteran says, of all the things, he is over the shock-and-awe effect he seems to have on his co-workers, like it happened with Bradley Cooper during their latest flick together, Limitless. “That goes away in a couple of days, if not sooner,” says the Oscar-winning actor, who has returned to form as a heavy business moghul Carl Van Loom in the action thriller.

He is out to exploit Cooper’s character Eddie Morra’s new-found gift of using the entire of his brain after consuming an experimental drug. De Niro, however, draws parallels in real life and says he has already accomplished a lot and connected with so many people, without having to use any drugs. “Well, some of them make me happy at the moment,” he notes, “And then, when they’re not going so well, you’re not happy. And then, until they go or you gain a little, you get to a level with it or whatever, but N.Z.T. (the banned drug) would be something that probably, once in a while, I wouldn’t mind at least trying. But not getting, hooked on, obviously,” he says.
