US talk show queen Oprah Winfrey will film an episode of her programme at a secret “outback location” during her whirlwind December tour Down Under, Australia’s tourism minister said on Thursday.

Winfrey and 300 members of her audience touch down for an eight-day extravaganza called
Oprah’s Ultimate Australian Adventure
next month. Her visit will conclude with a recording session of her hit talk show at the temporarily renamed Sydney Oprah House. It will be open to the public via a ticket ballot.
