A new trailer has been released for the latest instalment in the Fast & Furious franchise, The Fate of the Furious.
The eighth film in the series, which stars action veteran Vin Diesel, is scheduled to arrive in theatres on April 14, 2017 and sees Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto seduced back into a world of crime by a mystery woman called Cipher (played by Charlize Theron).
Shot around the world, across various locations such as Havana in Cuba, Iceland, and New York City, the latest clip reveals more of the global automotive action, and offers some intriguing teases about longtime series protagonist Dom’s decision to turn against his family (via EW).
Alongside Diesel and newcomers Theron and Helen Mirren, “The Fate of the Furious” also features a raft of returning characters played by Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Jason Statham, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Kurt Russell.
