Manipur Chief Minister Y Khemchand Singh said a BJP meeting in Delhi focused on expanding public outreach and strengthening the party's grassroots organisation.
Elections to the 60-member Manipur Assembly are likely to be held early next year.
In a social media post late on Sunday, the chief minister said, "I was honoured to participate in the BJP organisational meeting held in New Delhi, graced by BJP national president Nitin Nabin, national general secretary (organisation) B L Santhosh and other esteemed national leaders."

"The meeting focused on strengthening the party's grassroots organisation and expanding public outreach, reaffirming our collective commitment to building a stronger organisation dedicated to serving the people and the nation," he added.
On Friday, Singh attended a day-long mandal level political workers' conference at Lilong constituency in Thoubal district in the presence of legislators, senior leaders and party workers.
At the conference, Singh reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the party at the grassroots and accelerating the development of the constituency, party leaders said.
