The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will celebrate a service campaign, ‘Seva Pakhwada’, from September 17 to October 2 to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in constitutional public office, officials said.

The decision was taken at the first meeting of the new national team, chaired by party president Nitin Nabin, on Saturday.
The campaign will include public service and welfare activities such as sanitation drives, blood donation camps and health camps, and will also highlight the welfare measures and schemes announced during his premiership.
The PM took oath as the chief minister of Gujarat in 2001 and has been in the current position since 2014.
