The Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday seized two Pakistani fishing boats abandoned in the Indian territory at Harami Nala area in Kutch district near the Indo-Pak border.

“The occupants of these mechanised boats having Pakistan origin fled into the Pakistani territory after seeing patrolling party approaching them, as they were fishing in the Indian territory,” the BSF said in a release.

The boats were around 28-feet long and and 4-feet wide in size.

4 kilograms of fish, 50 fishing hooks, one ice box and a plastic can was recovered from the boats, the release said.
