Dera follower’s killing: Celebrations of Sirsa chief’s movie postponed
Following the murder of two Dera Sacha Sauda followers at a congregation centre at Jagera village near Malaudh in Khanna on Saturday, the drea has postponed a function to celebrate the “success” of its head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh’s movie “Hind Ka Napak Ko Jawab: MSG Lion Heart 2”, which was scheduled for Tuesday (February 28).

A dera release said Ram Rahim was hurt over the killing of its followers by unidentified assailants. “The police should arrest the accused immediately,” the press release read.

Dera spokesperson Dilawar Insan said the function to celebrate movie’s “success” postponed and no date has been finalised yet. He also clarified that the function was being organised by owner of Hakikat Entertainment Private Limited, which produces and promotes movies of the dera chief. “Why the company postponed the function is not clear,” he said.
