In a shocking incident, an 11-year old girl, hailing from Bihar, was abducted and allegedly raped repeatedly by a man in Amritsar on Monday night.

In a shocking incident, an 11-year old girl, hailing from Bihar, was abducted and allegedly raped repeatedly by a man in Amritsar on Monday night.

The girl returned home in the morning in a dishevelled state, police said adding she was admitted to Government Civil Hospital here for treatment and medical examination.

The girl was kidnapped on Monday night and was criminally assaulted several times, police said.

The alleged rapist had been identified but was yet to be arrested, they said.
