Their bodies have not been found yet. Their families were a distraught lot as no details of their whereabouts were available till late on Wednesday.

Uttarakhand DGP Satyavrat Bansal said,“Their bodies have not been found but we know they have sacrificed their lives while serving on their posts. Their families would be taken care of. We are focusing on saving those who are stranded.”
