An 18-year-old girl was allegedly burnt to death by a youth at Surat railway station on Monday for rejecting his advances, according to railway police.
The accused, a young labourer, was later arrested. Police said that he has confessed to the crime.

The youth poured kerosene and set the girl on fire. The victim succumbed to severe burn injuries, police added.
