At least 19 people were injured in a bomb blast triggerred by suspected ULFA in lower Assam's Chirang district this morning.

A bomb planted on a cycle exploded around 11.15 AM in front of the circle office in Bijni, official sources said.

Police cordoned off the area and the injured were taken to hospital, where the condition of some of them was stated to be serious.
