2007 decisions related to revenue matters computerised: DC

Deputy commissioner Dinesh Malhotra has revealed that 2007 decision regarding revenue matters have been computerised in the district, which will help in getting early information related to these matters.

Deputy commissioner Dinesh Malhotra has revealed that 2007 decision regarding revenue matters have been computerised in the district, which will help in getting early information related to these matters. He was speaking in meeting of district revenue officials held at Bachat Bhawan here on Friday. Malhotra said the department has settled 686 revenue matters in the first quarter of the current fiscal. He asked the officials to settle 478 revenue matters pending at the block level within three months.

“Apart from computerisation of the decision related to revenue matters, the land records of 3,325 villages in the district have been completed, of which record of 3,191 villages is errorless,” he added.

He further informed that the maintenance and construction work of 67 buildings of revenue department was underway across the district.

He also reviewed the climate relief fund in the meeting. He said 364 works are being undertaken under the climate relief fund scheme with an estimated cost of Rs 5.24 lakh.
