22 govt employees suspended in Kishtwar

Twenty-two government officials, including three teachers, have been placed under suspension by the Kishtwar District Development Commissioner for allegedly remaining absent from their duties.

Twenty-two government officials, including three teachers, have been placed under suspension by the Kishtwar District Development Commissioner for allegedly remaining absent from their duties.

Kishtwar District Development Commissioner G R Bhagat along with Chief Planning Officer paid a surprise visit to various government offices and schools situated in different areas of Kishtwar yesterday. The duo found 22 officers absent from their duties, officials said here today.

The erring officers have been placed under suspension by the DDC, they said.
