24-year-old man commits suicide in west Delhi

A 24-year-old computer operator on Wednesday jumped to death from a high rise in west Delhi apparently due to some stress, police said.

Kartick, a resident of Possangipur in Janakpuri, leapt off the fourth floor of Vishwadeep Tower in the locality, they said.

He had been keeping unwell and was receiving treatment for anxiety and tension, police said adding he was advised rest but had been wandering around in a disturbed state of mind.

Kartick, a computer operator with a private firm, had visited the building last evening, they said.
