3 killed in road mishap in UP

Three bikers were killed as they were hit by a state roadways bus headed for Mahoba.

Three bikers were killed as they were hit by a state roadways bus in a remote part of the district on Tuesday, police said.

The three persons, riding the same motorcycle, were hit by the bus headed for Mahoba, police said.

"The mishap took place in Bara Police Station area, 35 kms from here," they said.

"The motorcyclists died on the spot while the driver of the bus abandoned the bus and fled," police added.
