With the horror of the serial killings in Noida yet to abate, the police on Tuesday recovered the decomposed bodies of four children, two girls and two boys, aged from four to 14, from an abandoned godown in Muktsar. The children’s legs were tied and their bodies badly mutilated.

The police suspect the bodies to be those of four poor children who have been missing since November 12 from a market.

The godown from where the bodies have been recovered belongs to Congress leader Jagmit Singh Brar. "We used to give it on rent, but since the past two years even that was discontinued," he said. He demanded an inquiry into the incident.

Senior Superintendent of Police G Nageshwar Rao said forensic experts would be arriving from Chandigarh to collect clues.
