5 get bail in CPM murder case

Kerala HC on Monday granted bail to five CPM workers, accused in the murder of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader TP Chandrasekharan, while it avoided hearing bail pleas of party's local leader, PK Kunhanandan and seven others in the case.

The judge before whom the applications came up, granted bail to the party workers considering the period of detention undergone by them.
