Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday criticised the State and Central government for its apathy in the investigations into the 7/11 Mumbai blast saying that even after 723 days the investigations have not yielded any result.
After 723 days, the investigation is at stand-still in the 7/11 Mumbai bomb blast. It is surprising that both the State as well as Central government have not pursued the issue with the Pakistan government or with other countries, BJP leaders Kirit Somaiya and Gopal Shetty in a statement said.
They said the BJP strongly condemns the vote bank politics of the Congress government and the manner they were pursuing the investigation.
The issue of Pakistani terrorists was to be taken up by the Home Ministry and External Affairs Ministry. The state government is required to do consistent follow up, they said.
