7/11 suspects get 10 days police custody

The arrested were identified as Ansari and Shiekh, both residents of Bihar, and Choudury, a resident of Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

A sessions court on Friday remanded the three suspects arrested in connection with July 11 serial bomb blasts in commuter trains to ten days' police custody.

The arrested were identified as Mohammad Kalam Ansari and Mohammad Ahmed Shiekh, both residents of Bihar, and Maqbul Ahmed Choudury, a resident of Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Mumbai police claimed that 1.5 kg gun powder was seized from them.

The suspects were produced before Judge AB Shete.
