71 under-trial prisoners to appear in UP board examination

Seventy one under-trial prisoners will appear in UP board examination of 2013 from eight district jails of the state, an official said in Muzaffarnagar today.

Seventy one under-trial prisoners will appear in UP board examination of 2013 from eight district jails of the state, an official said in Muzaffarnagar on Saturday.

"Under-trial prisoners from district jails including, 19 from Ghaziabad, 18 from Meerut, 15 from Muzaffarnagar, 13 from Firozabad, 3 from Etah, 2 from Saharanpur and one from Agra will appear for the examinations," deputy secretary UP Board, Meerut zone, Shayamsaran Verma said.

These prisoners filed their forms to appear in the high school and intermediate board exams through the jail administration," Verma said.
