A creditable job

The Finance Minister has done a very creditable job of walking the fine line between the two seemingly conflicting objectives of preserving fiscal prudence and yet continuing with the overall theme of widening the tax base with moderate rates.

This will also enable a more efficient tax administration in the near future. In summary, a pragmatic Budget.
