· Entry-level salaries maybe low in this industry, but overall, salaries have seen an increase and will possibly continue to rise. A person with 8-10 years’ experience in the broadcast business can expect as much as a 60% hike while changing jobs

· Top media executives could command between Rs 1.5 crore-3.5 crore a year

· The number of those earning between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 1 crore has increased significantly in recent times.
