Abdul Rehman will be the Indian Union Muslim League's nominee for the Vellore Lok Sabha seat, replacing K M Khader Mohideen, MP.
The decision was taken after an emergency meeting of the party and also because he had lots of propaganda work, the MP said in a press release.
