Action taken against BMC defaulters

TAKING STRICT action against the defaulters, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation today attached the properties of some big defaulters. So far, the BMC has attached the properties of about 50 defaulters during past one week.

TAKING STRICT action against the defaulters, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation today attached the properties of some big defaulters. So far, the BMC has attached the properties of about 50 defaulters during past one week. Besides, 145 water tap connections were also snapped on account of non-payment of water tax dues.

Under the jurisdiction of its various offices, the BMC administration today collected the revenue of Rs 1.48 crore.
The BMC attached the properties of eight defaulters today. The Mayor Sunil Sood also reviewed the tax collection at a meeting today.

Earlier today, the Minister for Urban Administration and Development Jayant Malaiya applauded the BMC’s efforts in the direction of tax realization. Malaiya visited Bab-e-Aali stadium along with BMC officials today morning.
