SEVERAL BJP leaders have left here for Shahdol to accord welcome to the senior BJP leader L K Advani who would enter Madhya Pradesh leading Bharat Suraksha Yatra via Shahdol on April 25.

The yatra’s media in-charge Deepak Vijayvargiya said that State BJP president Satyanarayan Jatia, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, State BJP organising general secretary Kaptan Singh Solanki, yatra in-charge (Madhya Pradesh) Vikram Verma, Sumitra Mahajan, Ramkrishna Kusmaria, Krishnamurari Moghe, Thavarchand Gehlot and others would welcome Advani at Shahdol.

Advani would reach Shahdol at 9.30 am where he would address a public meeting also.
Route:

April 25: Shahdol (public meeting), Pali, Umaria (public meeting), Lora, Chandia, Vilayat Kala, Badwara, Katni (public meeting), Salimanabad, Sihora (public meeting), Gosalpur and Jabalpur. Night halt at Jabalpur.

April 26: Jabalpur, Shahpura, Gotegaon, Narsinghpur (public meeting), Kareli, Tendukheda, Udaipura, Bareli, Badi, Obaidullahganj, Mandideep and Bhopal. Night halt at Bhopal.

April 27: Bhopal (public meeting), Sehore, Sonkutch, Dewas (public meeting) and Indore (public meeting). Night halt at Indore. In Sehore, the yatra would pass silently because of the model code of conduct being in force. There would be no motorcade. The vehicles would move keeping distance.

May 1 - To return to the State at Neemuch and after addressing a public meeting over there to enter Rajasthan via Nayagaon.
