After putting Greater Noida on global map with the organisation of India’s maiden grand prix, the Jaypee Group will soon launch its first-ever business towers in Noida. These towers are part of central business development at Wish Town township spread over 1,162 acres on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

“The project will have multiple levels of parking, including mechanised parking bays, to handle up to 850 vehicles concurrently. It has been designed by Hellmuth, Obata & Kassa-baum firm of New York,” said an official.

Early this month, Supertech unveiled its plan to build a 80-floor mixed-use tower (Spira) in Sector 94. The project will also have business centres. This came after the realty major, in March, launched a 255-metre-tall and 60-floor residential tower named North Eye in Sector 74.

And it’s not only about residential and business centre development. Jaypee is also building a sports complex spread over 15 acres, adjacent to a golf course. The complex has a soccer field, a cricket stadium, three basket ball and three volley ball courts, six lawn tennis synthetic and two lawn tennis clay courts.
