All that glitters ...is Sri baby!
Sridevi, looking gorgeous in a white saree and a multi-coloured blouse, was both hostess and star at Boney Kapoor?s party.
Producer Boney Kapoor announced grand plans of going corporate at a glittering party in Mumbai recently. Glittering literally, because the party was sponsored by a Delhi-based diamond merchant who used the occasion to announce the opening of his new Solitaire boutique in Delhi.

Five diamonds were slipped into five glasses of champagne from among the 100 glasses that went around, making five lucky invitees proud recipients of the glittering gems. Boney announced his new company’s (called BSK Network & Entertainment Ltd., B-S-K standing for Boney and Sridevi Kapoor) projected turnover for the financial year 2004-05: a whopping Rs 100 crore. With five films — Kyun! Ho Gaya Na, Bewafa, No Entry, Milenge Milenge and Dost — My Best Friend — at different stages of production, the 100-crore target seems easily achievable. The audio-visual presentation of Kapoor’s films was impressive — if only because his banner has worked with almost every top actor, including Amitabh Bachchan, SRK, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Fardeen and, of course, Anil Kapoor, as well as leading ladies Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapur, Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitley, Esha Deol and Sushmita Sen.
Rishi Kapoor made an early entry with wife Neetu Singh. Fardeen Khan sauntered in around midnight. Salman Khan couldn’t make it as he was recovering from a bout of flu.
But the one actress who shone more than anybody else was Boney’s wife, Sridevi. She looked gorgeous in a white saree and a multi-coloured blouse with precious stones embedded in it.
