So how would phirangs know what is hot and what's not? "We're not an exhaustive guide on every event, but instead bring you our recommendations for what we think is worth your time, from a chic place for dinner with that guy you just started seeing, to a new designer opening up a boutique that will sell the one thing your wardrobe can't live without," beams the bright-eyed entrepreneur .
