Supreme Court will on Thursday hear why the CBI did not file an appeal against Amit Jogi being out on bail.
Amit Jogi, son of former Chattisgarh chief minister Ajit Jogi, walked out on bail in May last year after he was charged of murdering NCP treasurer Ram Avtar Jaggi during the assembly elections in 2003.
