Reliance Capital Ventures would be the first company to be listed in the week beginning February 13, followed by Reliance Energy Ventures, Reliance Natural Resources Ltd and Reliance Communication Ventures every subsequent week.

But before going for the listing, Anil Ambani took over as Chairman of the four companies in the first meeting of the reconstituted Boards where the listing schedule was decided, an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group statement said.

Ahead of the listing, the Boards of all the four companies also reviewed the listing document, including draft information memorandum for each of the entities that was submitted to Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange when they were under the control of Mukesh-run Reliance Industries.

The Boards of these companies also decided to revise the information memorandum with "correct information and details" for sending it to stock exchange authorities at the earliest.
