Stating this in Moga on Tuesday, Karnail Singh Peer Mohammed, President of All India Sikh Students Federation said that it was unfortunate that the Punjab government had failed to give any justice to the victim Gurcharan Singh who suffered heavy loss when mob allegedly led by Sajan Kumar threw him in a burning vehicle in front of his house in Uttam Nagar colony during the 1984 anti-sikh riots in Delhi.

He was survived by half burnt body and lying on bed at the resident of his two brothers near Mohali. Peer Mohammed said he struggled for getting compensation of Rs two lakh and it was unfortunate that the state government had failed to give him justice as it was being done with anti-sikh riot families.
