Air guitars, head banging and hunky guys working the ramp with their sex appeal. It just doesn't get any better than this on a Tuesday morning!

No boring 'modelling' for Arjun Khanna's boys. It was all about having fun while nonchalantly showcasing a collection that was as rocking as it's theme - Rockstar goes to Morrocco.
Simple wearable shirts and jackets that were jazzed up with intricate embroidery, Moroccan motifs and surface texture. "The sleeves especially are loaded with embroidery - I have laid a lot of emphasis on detailing," Khanna said.
Primarily in linen, the menswear line was big on stripes - the 'in' pattern for the season apparently. The whites, pinks and soft oranges - although traditionally considered feminine - surprisingly looked right on track. Guys can finally wear pastels without worrying that it is effeminate.
An interesting segment of denim sherwanis raises questions on wearability, but with the metrosexual guy today - who knows. In fact, the buyer from Selfridges went ga-ga over the collection, and said that his nephew wants to wear one of the sherwanis to a wedding tonight! The denim yoke shirts on the other hand could be picked right off the rack by any average joe who wants to transform himself into a trendsetter.
"Wearability is like a discipline for me. For 14 years, I have been designing with wearability on the forefront," Khanna said. "I have survived selling wearable garments!" he added.

Priced at Rs 2,500 to 20,000, the collection is diffusion (a very Indian term for something between prêt and couture). You can buy Khanna's clothes at Ensemble and Kimaya and his women's wear (trousseau wear) is available in New Jersey and Dubai.
