Arms and explosives recovered from militant hideout

Security forces have recovered arms and explosives from a militant hideout in forest area of Doda district in Jammu and Kashmir, a defence spokesman said in Jammu on Tuesday.

On intelligence inputs, Rashtriya Rifle troops and police launched a search operation in Tandar forest, about 190-kms from here, in Doda district on Monday evening and busted the hideout, he said.

The recoveries included one AK-47 rifle with its 25 rounds, five rounds of SLR, four chinese grenades, two gelatine sticks.
