Dumped arms allegedly belonging to Maoists were found in a combing operation on Andhra-Orissa border on Wednesday.

A special police team near Rallamotta village in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh found 85 gelatin sticks, 20 electrical detonators, 34 non-electrical detonators and 25 cartriges allegedly dumped by Maoists, during a combing operation, police said.

The state police have intensified combing operation in the forest areas on the border of Andhra-Orissa after the incident of Malkangiri in Orissa.
